Mobile CRM is on the rise in the world of CRM and demand is growing as companies and employees are demanding access to crucial information in real time. Allowing for a more versatile, mobile workforce and faster access to information, mobile CRM is here to stay. Here are the top ten reasons your company should consider implementing a mobile CRM system.
Sales professionals can access data in real-time, so it is always the most current, up-to-date information available. If you need to know about a client or lead, you can find what you need to know immediately via phone, laptop, PDA, or other mobile device.
The information flow is two-way. Salespersons can access databases and at the same time the information that they captured is relayed back to the central database which gets updated and stays current. Mobile CRM is web-based and with its browser-based interface it can be run on a number of devices such as PDAs, pocket PCs, mobile phones, etc as well as different operating platforms.
Leads don’t get cold because there will always be someone to pick up the slack. Mobile CRM also makes it easier to ensure the lead gets nudged down the pipeline gently but effectively and ends up in the correct place.

CRM is the most talked about software in today’s business world. CRM is an easy-to-use software tool suitable for any small business needing a complete, cost effective and hassle-free solution for managing sales, customers and bookkeeping as well as day to day invoicing.
A global market analyst by the name of Datamonitor expects the CRM market to spend about $2 billion by 2008. This is almost double of what is being spent today. The largest CRM market is EMEA which is expected to spend close to $600 million on customer relationship management applications.
The most important benefit of CRM is that a company can gain about 100% profit just by retaining a considerably small part of their customers with the help of CRM. What you need to realize is that CRM is just not a business strategy; it ‘itself’ is the business strategy, which you need to utilize to the fullest. Most progressive businesses do not consider CRM as an option to choose or think about.
Nowadays CRM has become very essential for all sorts of business and organizations whether small, medium or large sized. Small businesses profit immensely from effective CRM as they can now attract more prospective customers, can manger their sales more efficiently and effectively

Laptops are great if you’re always out and about or want to save some desk real estate with the tiny foot print a laptop takes up as opposed to a bigger desktop system. There’s just something cool about folding up your computer to go outside in the summer breeze to type up your essay or to blog about the events of the day. But there are disadvantages to having a laptop.
The main issue is represented by its battery. As they do not need to be plugged in order to work, laptops rely on the energy coming from the battery. So far, most laptops, when in use, consume their batteries in several hours. After that, you have to plug them in again, for recharge. Another great disadvantage is that laptops are easy to steal, as their weight would not encumber a swift thief. But let’s see how you can enjoy your laptop at optimal parameters.
Tip: Prolong the Battery Life
Desktop computers still have several advantages over laptops, one of them being that desktop computers don’t run out of battery life after 6 or so hours. Unfortunately, using your laptop long enough will result in a much needed recharging, which becomes an impossibility when you’re on the road and there’s not an outlet in sight.
