Your Computer’s CD Burner

by Computer Geek

Some time ago if you wanted to have your favorite band’s new CD, you had to buy it at a record store or buy it online. With the cost averaging around $10 it could end up costing you if you wanted more than just a few CD’s. If you couldn’t afford to buy all those CD’s you just waited for the radio to play it.

Then came those music shareware sites like Napster that made it really easy and cheap to download your favorite songs. You just store the songs on the computer’s hard drive and add it to your MP3 player if you wanted.

Since most cars have a CD player, you may have wanted to transfer your downloaded files to a CD. This is when a CD burner came in handy. Just about every computer has one now.

A CD burner comes in two formats, an external drive and an internal drive. Most people are probably familiar with the internal drives that connect to you CPU and is housed in your computer tower. The external drive on the other hand is not connected to the CPU and plugs in to your computer via a USB port.

Excel 2007 Ribbon Tabs

by Andrew Whiteman

The Microsoft Excel 2007 Ribbon is the most vital part of the Microsoft Excel interface and contains the majority of the program’s features. The Ribbon is arranged into a series of Tabs, each of which contains groups of related commands. Tabs are accessed simply by clicking on the name of each Tab. Within each Tab, commands are divided in groups: the name of each group is shown at the bottom of that group.

The Home Tab features the most frequently used commands. Here you’ll find those commands that are used frequently; commands related to the clipboard such as Cut Copy and Paste; commands for changing the format of the data within your cells; changing the font; setting the alignment and the appearance of numbers; commands for modifying cells such as adding rows and columns; and finally commands for sorting and editing information.

As the name suggests, the Insert Tab is used to insert or add items into your worksheets. Some of these items are built into Excel such as charts; other items are inserted from outside the program such as pictures; for example, inserting a company logo.

What is SAS 70 Certified?

by Amy Nutt

SAS 70 stands for Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70. It is an auditing standard that was adopted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is widely recognized in the auditing of service organizations. An auditor performs an audit on a service organization and that audit is conducted in a way that is compliant with SAS 70. It is that standard statement that says a service organization has been through an extensive audit

This extensive audit measures is that the organization data centre has total control and has safeguards in place that does not compromise any data that they process for their customers. In other words, the job of the audit is to evaluate every aspect of the service organization that handles customer data or could result in a possible leak of customer data.

SAS 70 is necessary for the following reasons:

- It serves as a guide to service organizations when disclosing to their customers how it is they protect their information and how well they do it. The audit results are organized in a report that is easy to follow.

Is Warcraft Wealth Any Good?

by James Barnett

This is exactly what you are looking for, a real persons perspective on the WoW Wealth gold guide. I can tell you from the start that this guide is only like 50 pages long and it comes with some crappy videos on how to put an auction up on the auction house, WHAT THE F***??

There is no doubt in my mind that this is one of the biggest WoW scams around. Warcraft Wealth is trash, it isn’t worth the time invested reading it and I wouldn’t consider giving it away to my worst hated enemy on World of Warcraft.

This guide shows the author doing solo Strat runs, SOLO STRAT RUNS? World of Warcraft Wealth was written by a guy that probably spends 12 hours a day playing Warcraft and if you’ve seen the South Park episode, he might even look like that unbeatable player on there… The drops are only worth about 300 gold, sure you can bank on it, but soloing Strat is insane.

World of Warcraft Wealth Gold Guide completely sucks and was a complete waste of $50 in my opinion, I have 2 level 70 characters and I couldn’t use these so-called techniques if my life depended on it. You are better off finding free info from alla or thottbot on how to make WoW gold.
