Forex aka Foreign Exchange or Forex currency exchange is the largest and most liquid market in the world today. With a daily volume of over 70 billion dollars, it makes this industry one of the most potentially profitable in the world of finances.
Forex trading does involve a certain element of risk since it is principally driven by speculation and forecast. The level of expertise by which a trader is able to interpret these trends will dictate the overall trading success and whilst this statement would appear to preclude all Forex beginners, today’s technology enables any trader with or without prior knowledge of the Forex industry to excel in this market and I will reveal one such software later on in this article. But as far as risks are concerned, it is important to stress that whilst they are real, they are also very small compared to other financial trading instructions.
Established in 1971, the Foreign Exchange Market did away with “Fixed” currency exchange and replaced it with the “floating” of currencies determined by market forces such as demand and supply. In one sweeping movement, it also eliminated any attempt to subvert currency market by institutions looking to influence the market by external means.

The Forex Market is recognized as the largest liquid market worldwide. It boasts upwards of 1.3 t r i l l i o n dollars in an industry that is gaining momentum as we write this article. It is also known as Forex, Foreign Currency Exchange or even FX.
Forex trading is associated with a certain element of risk since it is principally driven by speculation and forecast. An expert Forex trader is able to estimate the values of each currency and thus be successful in this industry but that doesn’t mean that you need to be an expert to be successful given the availability of technology and software programs (one in particular) and I will reveal one such software later on in this article. But as far as risks are concerned, it is important to stress that whilst they are real, they are also very small compared to other financial trading instructions.

With sales of approximately 2 trillion dollars a day, the Commodity Forex Online Trading market is the largest global fiancial market. Also known as Forex, the Commodity Forex Online is referred to as FX, Spot FX or even Spot.
If you want to know what the size of the Commodity Forex Online Trading market is, be prepared to be truly surprised. By comparison, the New York Stock Exchange is a light weight as it “only” trades an average of 2 billion dollars a day. In fact, you would need to combine both the Futures market and the Stock market and then time it by 3 to get nearer to the value of the Forex Trading Market. Are you impressed already?
But what is it that Forex Traders trade in the Foreign Exchange Market? The answer to that question is simple: Money! Forex Trading is the act of trading one currency against another. A trader might decide to sell some of the US Dollars he/she owns and buy Japanese Yens. This simultaneous exchange of currencies is thus at the core of Commodity Forex Online Trading. Because two currencies need to be involved in any trade, they are referred to as pairs. For example the Euro dollar and the US dollar (EUR/USD) or the British pound and the Japanese Yen (GBP/JPY).

The Chairman of the US Federal Reserve Bank, Ben Bernanke, rings the forex market bell at a speech he made yesterday at an economic conference in Barcelona Spain. Helicopter Ben moved the forex market as he said the following:
“In collaboration with our colleagues at the Treasury, we continue to carefully monitor developments in foreign exchange markets. The challenges that our economy has faced over the past year or so have generated some downward pressures on the foreign exchange value of the dollar, which have contributed to the unwelcome rise in import prices and consumer price inflation. We are attentive to the implications of changes in the value of the dollar for inflation and inflation expectations and will continue to formulate policy to guard against risks to both parts of our dual mandate, including the risk of erosion in longer-term inflation expectations.
Bernanke continues, “Over time, the Federal Reserve’s commitment to both price stability and maximum sustainable employment and the underlying strengths of the U.S. economy–including flexible markets and robust innovation and productivity–will be key factors ensuring that the dollar remains a strong and stable currency.”

Foreign exchange rates for currency have created a multi billion dollar market for the trade of currency alone. Forex trading as it is called, exceeds 3 trillion dollars daily USD. Because it is done accross the world, it is the largest trading system in existence.
With traders from around the world getting involved there are those who are unscrupulous enough to try a forex trading system under false pretenses. Because the market is run 24 hours daily and is not located in one fixed location but is operated in many places world wide, and because it is not based on one set dollar amount but rather on many price ranges dependent on the trader’s location, it would be tempting to try and make a quick buck by using the system. However, there are a couple of international agencies who do try to track and maintain a certain level of honesty within the market.
There is little regulation though between countries because the trading is done across boarders and by many different levels of people. There is an existing practice in place, however, that allows for international agencies to track forex currency trading amounts in order to squash potential exploiters. With trades not being based on one dollar amount, but by a spread of amounts based on where the trade originates from, there is a possibility for someone to exploit the price.
